Evidence standards

Documentation is not a verdict.

We share evidence only when its provenance, context, and permission to publish are clear. An archive of public case material is currently under review.

Field standard

Context matters as much as the image.

Lighting, camera position, environment, equipment, and witness accounts shape how any photograph or recording is understood.

Preserve first

Keep original files.

Make a copy before trimming, enhancing, or sharing. Dates, locations, and capture conditions are part of the record.

Consent matters

Private by default.

We do not publish client stories, identifying details, images, or recordings without clear permission.

Our standard

Observe first. Interpret carefully.

We do not represent a recording, photo, or personal account as conclusive proof. We describe what was captured, note the conditions we know about, and identify reasonable limits in the material. That is more useful — and more respectful — than overclaiming.
