We treat contact requests and submitted material as private unless you give us clear permission to share it.
What we collect
When you contact GHOST Houston, we may receive the name, contact details, location details, description, and supporting files you choose to provide.
How we use it
We use submitted information to understand your request, communicate with you, and determine whether an investigation or evidence review is appropriate. We do not sell personal information.
Evidence and consent
Do not submit material that you do not have permission to share. We will not publicly share a client’s story, location, identifying details, or submitted evidence without clear permission from the person authorized to give it.
Retention
Contact and evidence materials are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the request, follow-up, documentation, and any agreed investigation work. You may contact us to ask about your submission.
